Grafton Kitchen and a Mold Attack

The water leak in the plumbing behind the kitchen sink spread into a forceful flow of water creating damage to the cabinets, walls, and linoleum flooring. Our SERVPRO AMRT applied microbial remediation technicians assessed the problem and tore out and discarded the non-saveable kitchen components. The exposed wood and void were sprayed with an antimicrobial product and thoroughly dried out to standard moisture content levels as indicated by our measuring devices. We used HEPA filtered vacuums and an air scrubber to ensure that the mold spores did not circulate to other rooms in this Grafton home.
